Test Request:

All tests requested are to be accompanied by the Chain of Custody/Test Request form available to download here. Download Form

Turnaround Time:

We take pride in our quick turnaround time of 3 to 5 business days. Microbiology tests require approximately six business days to provide you the complete report.

Expedited delivery times are available; please indicate on the test request form. Additional charges may apply.

Reports and Deliverables:

Upon completion, Test reports are immediately sent out via fax and/or email as requested. A hard copy of the test reports are also mailed to the clients address.

Pricing:

We provide extremely competitive pricing; please contact us with your request as the test pricing varies considerably with the type of tests, number of samples, and the number of components in a sample. Multiple samples qualify for steep discounts.

Payment Terms:

For our established clientele, we offer standard net 30 days payment terms, However, we request 50 percent upfront at the time of test request for our international customers till credit terms have been established.

Confidentiality:

We respect and value the privacy of our clientele and maintain a high level of confidentiality. We execute NDAs whenever requested to your satisfaction.
